Ms Shital is Pursuing Ph.D. in Education from Mumbai University. Educational Background: Completed M.Ed., B.Ed., CTET, MBA (Finance) from Mumbai University.

Work Experience: Worked with ICSE, CBSE and IB schools on Heading Position. She has also been awarded with many achievement certificates.

Overall, 15 Years of experience in education.

What made Chrysalis preschool and day-care happened was thought of a mother- after going through lot of research and experiences.

Chrysalis campus is well equipped with the child friendly toys and learning material. Our aim is to give child healthy nutritional growth Physically, mentally and emotionally. Early years are very crucial for parents and children so we as team build up the bond of affection being parenting parent for our children.

Chrysalis overall structed is build up by taking into consideration the foundation as major milestone. Childhood is the stage which every adult wants to live again so the journey of Chrysalis childhood is being build up to cherish their innocence, to feel their happiness, to flourish and surprise them the beauty of life, and the thought of positivity. Being mother of two daughters we are making the house which every working mother feels safe to live and grow in her professionally with the child’s upbringing.

She has pursed Master’s in Finance & Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Insurance. She has Experience in Finance Sector, Working as Team Lead with JP Morgan Chase. She is also known as Training & Mentoring Head.

Chrysalis is a mixture of a mothers wants i.e., security, learning, care & love, which we have tried to have in our centre.

When I was looking out for a day-care & learning hub for my 5 yr. old kid, I was specifically looking out for security & a safe environment, a centre which would also help me inculcate Ethics, values & Manners in him, all mothers would second this.

She is BAMS. MD (ayu) she is currently working as government doctor ar primary health center vangani. She has more than 12years of service experience.

She has been looking into the medical assistance and the health of chrysalis children and staff.
